Shipping & Returns
All products in stock are processed within 48 hours, and will usually arrive within 10-14 business days of ordering. Upon dispatch of your products from our warehouse, the customer will receive an email with the item's tracking number which will allow you to track your items in transit.
The customer will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which they must confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without visible defects or damage).
For customers who have requested White Glove service, your order will take approximately 7-16 days in transit.
Customers close to our warehouse, local pickup is available from our warehouse in Richmond, BC. For local pickup please allow 2-5 business days for us to contact you. During checkout, if your address is within British Columbia, our system will automatically provide you with the option for local pickup. While lead time is shorter for this option, please note that order will not be ready on the day of your order for pickup. We will notify you once your order has been prepared and is ready for pickup.
Contact information will be provided once your order is ready, with pickup available during weekdays only. If a third party will be collecting your order please notify us in advance and ensure that they bring a piece of photo ID or our warehouse team may deny pickup. We recommend bringing a larger vehicle and someone to assist you in loading the order as our warehouse team will not be able to assist you. If you are considering a return all original packaging must be kept in order to obtain a refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change the contents or delivery address for an order, contact J&M Home within 48 hours of placing the original order. Please be sure to mention the order number and items. J&M Home will confirm the change by phone or email.
Changes to the delivery address after the order is in transit will result in rerouting charges.
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you will not be charged unless your order has already left our warehouse. If the order has already left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping and return shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges

Our aim is for our customers to be completely satisfied. If you change your mind, you may return the item(s) in as-new condition within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. For more information please contact us.
To start your return process, please keep all original packaging and contact us right away so we can help you with everything you need for the return.
If you decide to return your item(s) we will refund the purchase price of the items less the initial cost of shipping. Unless the item is damaged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We take great care to make sure your items are shipped safely. In the unlikely event there is any damage upon receipt of your items, please refuse delivery and note the receipt with 'Damaged Upon Arrival'. If the damage is noted after receiving your items, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the return & replacement of damaged items. Damage must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a full refund.
The returned item will be inspected upon return. We will cover all associated shipping costs if the claim is accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

- Items purchased as part of a bundle discount, unless entire bundle is returned
