All our pricing includes shipping within Canadian provinces.
For shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, you will need to contact us for a quote. We charge a flat $49 delivery fee for clients in continental United States.
Free shipping includes drop-off at curbside. If you would like help moving your items into your home, or white glove service (including delivery, in-home setup and assembly, and removal of packaging), this service can be provided for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
We want to bring J&M Home to as many people as possible. Delivering to remote and less populous areas outside of our standard areas of service is considerably more costly and we need to pass on some of that extra cost. These include customers in Alaska or Hawaii, or remote areas of Canada, which will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
As a result, if there are significant additional costs outside of our standard costs, we will get in touch after your order is placed to discuss delivery.
J&M Home is unable to ship to a P.O. Box.

All products in stock are shipped within 2 business days, and usually arrive within two weeks of ordering. If you would like a more accurate estimate, please drop us an email and we’ll give you more complete information.
We choose leading delivery companies to handle our orders, each one selected depending on the final destination, weight and size of the products.
Upon dispatch of your products from our warehouse, the customer will receive an email with the item’s tracking number and a link to our delivery company’s website which will allow the customer to track items in transit. We are also happy to track customer orders over the phone.
For larger items, the customer will be contacted to schedule delivery time beforehand. Redelivery fees will apply if a customer is not available to accept delivery at the previously appointed time.
The customer will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which they must confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without visible defects or damage).
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change the contents or delivery address of an order, contact J&M Home within 48 hours of placing the original order. Please be sure to mention the order number and items. J&M Home will confirm the change by phone or email.
Changes to the delivery address after the order is in transit will result in rerouting charges.
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you will not be charged unless the order has already left our warehouse. If the order has already left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping and return shipping charges.
