We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from J&M Home, please contact us so we can help.

Our aim is for our customers to be completely satisfied. If you change your mind, you may return the item(s) in as-new condition within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. For more information, please contact us.

To start your return process, please keep all original packaging and contact us right away so we can help you with everything you need for the return .

If you decide to return your item(s) we will refund the purchase price of the items less shipping.

Damaged Items

We take great care to make sure your items are shipped safely. Each order is insured in case any damage occurs during shipping. In the unlikely event there is any damage upon receipt of your items, please refuse delivery and note the receipt with ‘Damaged Upon Arrival’.

If the damage is noted after receipt of your items, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the return & replacement of damaged items.

The returned item will be inspected upon return. We will cover all associated shipping costs if the claim is accepted.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will  notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to ten days to appear on your statement.
